where I originally emphasized on the possibility of precise control of form and the topological consequences of extrem modifications, my interest shifted to the developement of a cloudlike, light construction, getting closer to the idea of an architecture, that is "light and changeable as clouds".
to the difference of its antecedents the shape of this structure can be dissolved, since the spacing between the single units can be altered virtually to the endless.
the "transformer 3" is an inflatable construction consisting of several balloonlike. these units are tied together by changeable ropes which are forcing a certain shape onto the whole structure.
